SWIMMA plans are tailored to your specific circumstances. Whether you’re a first-timer, experienced swimmer, or a veteran, we have plans for you across all distances. Our plans are structured on four key phases: Base, Build, Peak, and Race The base phase will bring you up to shape and make your body prepared to achieve the goal you’ve set. The build phase will develop specific fitness for the distance and speed required. The peak phase is where your training will start to simulate your goal and prepare you to succeed. The race phase guides you in how to prepare for the swim you want to deliver. How it works Our plans are both available online through your phone, and downloadable. For each phase, you will receive an explainer for each of your training sessions and a tracker to record your sessions and note your reflections. After each phase, we provide some quick questions for you to note down your progress. You have unlimited access to your plan.
